This class will allow kids to learn leadership skills and a variety of mixed martial arts, such as groundwork, take-downs, striking, and self defense techniques. They will learn respect, self discipline, and confidence while becoming physically fit. Students will graduate through 16 belts as they earn their way to a junior black belt in Hawaiian Kempo.
